Automation and artificial intelligence

Taking the repetitive tasks that eat your days — quotes, follow-ups, data entry, reports — and handing them to a machine.

Automating what deserves it

Artificial intelligence became a sales argument before it became a tool. We prefer to take the problem the other way round: which tasks cost you time every week, and which would a machine do just as well? Sometimes the answer involves no AI at all, just good automation.

The cases that come up most: copying information from one tool to another, chasing customers, generating quotes, sorting email, extracting data from PDFs. Rarely difficult tasks — just tasks you do a hundred times.

We always start by measuring the time actually spent on the target task. If the automation does not pay for itself within a year, we tell you and we do not build it. That is the only honest way to approach this subject.

What it costs

A targeted automation starts at CHF 2 000. Larger projects connecting several processes are quoted after a scoping workshop.

Every project is quoted after a conversation. The price we announce is the price you pay — no line items appearing halfway through. 50% deposit on order, balance on delivery, and 30 days of revisions included.

Frequently asked questions

Where should I start?

With the most repetitive task of your week, not the most impressive one. We time it, automate it, measure it. One concrete result beats a grand project that never ships.

Does my data go to an AI provider?

Only if necessary and only if you agree. Many automations call no external model at all. When one is needed, we tell you which, what transits, and we can host sensitive parts in Switzerland.

Does this replace someone on my team?

Usually not: it removes the mechanical part of the work. Checking, deciding and the customer relationship stay human. We design automations with a human checkpoint wherever an error would be costly.

What if the automation gets it wrong?

We plan for it from the design stage: an action log, an alert on anomalies, and the ability to take back control. An automation without a safety net is not automation, it is a bet.

Do we have to change our current tools?

Rarely. Most business software exposes an interface that allows connection. We adapt to what you already use rather than imposing one more change.
